Minta’s Background
Minta has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2006 and is passionate about uplifting, inspiring, and EMPOWERING her clients to embrace their true inner and outer strength. She creates fun and varied programs that mimic real life activities, promote fat loss, increase muscle mass, and improve cardiovascular and mental health. She currently trains private clients and teaches group exercise in varied formats that include: TRX, Boot Camp, Strength Training, and Indoor Cycling.
Minta has served as the LA Marathon coach for K9 Youth Alliance since 2021. She’s had the honor to be an Athletic Ambassador for both Team Odwalla and Team Sunrype, coached for Girls on the Run LA, and raised over $20K as a participant in races for Challenged Athletes Foundation, K9YA, YMCA-LA, and AIDS Project Los Angeles.
